04' Maxima lock, window and keyless issues

I have been having issues with my Max. driver-side windows don't want to function, door locks won't fully lock or unluck from switch, and now the car won't enter program mode to program a new key fob.

I have replaced the master switch, bcm, and i have checked the body grounds dealing with those areas, but nothing. Also The turn signal and brake lights have been dropping in and out.

Could all 4 actuators and the two window motors be going at the same time or is it something else?

Below is a link to 04 Maxima FSM (Factory Service Manual). Refer to BL (Body, Lock and Security System) chapter for Door Lock Operation and component location. Go to GW (Glass and Window) chapter for the windows and then EI (Exterior/Interior) chapter for Door Trim Removal (to access and look at components. You may have communications problems so check all the connections and clean them as much as possible (use contact cleaner and then apply dielectric grease). Explore the other chapters that may relate to your problem.

Thanks for the info. The car is still under warranty from the place i bought it. I'm going to make them fix it.
