04 maxima key question

When I bought my 04 maxima, it came with only 1 key and remote. The key top is purple, and I have yet to see any other nissan keys like that. any idea y mine is purple?

I have yet to see such a OEM key from Nissan/Infiniti.

I think you got valet key. I know because I have the same thing. Try locking and unlocking glove box

it opens the glove box, but it has to be forced in. I thought the valet key didnt have the chip and wouldn't start the car
