04 maxima fog lights

i have an 04 maxima, and ever since i've had it, the fog lights dont work. Where is the relay for them, and how can I check if the bulbs are still good?

Relay should be in the fuse box underneath the hood.

which one. my car didnt come with the fuse box cover

Not exactly sure on the 6th gen, but you can check out the FSM.

Not sure if you resolved this but it should be the fuse box under the hood that is to the bottom left of the engine cover. Not too may fuses to check. But most likely the bulbs are out, happens often with the stockies. Buy some decent bulbs and you won't have to be swappng them too often as it is a pain in the butt to do...
