04 g35x headlight problems

As the title states I am having headlight issues. I have gone through 2 ballast in a matter of minutes on the car. It is a factory hid car. So its making it difficult to pinpoint the problem. Any suggestions or info would be great thanks!

is it both sides or just one? If just one are you getting the same voltage to the ballasts on each side?
