I have an 04' G35 Sedan. I need to change the rear rotor on the drivers side and am unsure how to remove and replace it. Does anyone have some step by step instructions? I searched through the forums and found a post that described it at a high level but I could use some rotor specific info.

I have replaced the pads and the callipers are fine...its just the rotor that needs to be replaced. Any help is appreciated.

Also, I need to replace the passanger side mirror. I looked at everythingg35 and they didn't have it. Does anyone know where else I might be able to find one?

Thanks,

B

Thanks!! Did I post my question on the right forum, or is there another place to ask repair specific questions?

Rotor removal only requires you to remove the rear caliper. 2 bolts hold the caliper in place. For the non-Brembo's make sure you remove the bolts that hold the caliper cage to the hub and not the caliper to the cage. Hang up the caliper with a wire hanger to keep the weight off the brake line. Make sure the parking brake is released and you should be able to slide the rotor right off.
