The passenger side wiper arm is not pushing up. I figure once I get the dash apart to find the problem it will be an easy fix. I'm curious if any can explain how to take the dash apart to get to it and how difficult this process actually is. I'm a college student with limited resources and time. Just curious how difficult and time consuming this process could be.

Thanks

Here's a link to the entire Factory Service Manual for the '04. You should find what you need here.

Here's the link to the directions for swapping our the wiper. Scroll down the page, almost to the end.

Hope this helps. Welcome to NICO. :wavey:

There is a cap on the wiper arm itself! it just pops up, and there is a nut you must make sure you tighten it. Had this problem a month ago thought it was serious took 2 min to fix

I'm pretty sure taking the dash out won't do anything for you. The linkage and motor are all accessed from under the hood and cowl cover.
