04 350Z only 11K miles, AC problems

Hey guys,2004 350Z with Stillen SC stage4 with 11k miles, ac doesn't blow cold WTF, I have 11yr old Q45 with 125k miles never serviced the ac.ac belt still on and tight, ac light comes on and off when pushed... does it need to be charged?Please HELP it's getting hot in MD.

may have a leak in the system. I work at a dealership near you if you'd wanna bring it in for me to take a look at it. I can hit it with the UV light and look for any dye out of the system and also I've seen a few of the A/C pressure switches go bad causing it to not blow cold.
