03 Xterra DRL's not working.

Hello, I am a new member to this Forum please bear with me. I have a 2003 Xterra V6 Supercharged.

My question I have is about the Daytime Running Lights (DRL), I live in Canada and this system is required for vehicles in Canada. Currently my DRL’s are not working when all conditions are met (truck running, E Brake off) also when I go to high beam the drivers high beam light is not on, I have tried a bulb change high beam is still off. Doing some research I believe this may be a faulty DRL module, could someone tell me if this is the case? Or have any other suggestions. Also could someone please tell me where I can find the DRL module on the truck?
