03 Skyline Coupe HID Fog Lights?

Does anyone know where to purchase the HID fog lamps that are in the 03 Skyline's? If you get a J-spec kit will it have a switch on the dash to turn them on, or do they wire into the existing yellowish (Replaced mine with HID look alike H1 fog lamps) foglights in the headlight assembly?

they should wire in to the H1 system :)
