Okay so last year I bought an audio system, consisting of a pioneer amp identical to the one in this thread if you scroll down a bit youll see in right panel http://forums.g35club.org/zerothread/203681I also bought infinity 6x9 rear speakers, 5 1/4 front and a 10inch energy sub with ported box and 500w amp. This was in my old car which was written off by some crazy old lady smashing into the back of me. Anywho

Now I've heard that the bose rear speakers are 6x9 so that should be okay to replace but I dont know about installing the deck/sub/fronts/amp. I definately need to install the deck though because my bose changer is giving the FO error and Im not paying to replace or fix the POS.

Anyone have a rough idea of how hard it would be or how much it would cost to put the described system in???

Thanks a lot

The first problem i see is the stock 6x9's run off an amp and are 2ohm, so unless the 6x9's you pulled out of your old car are the same, i'd suggest running new wire to them straight from your deck during the install. The head unit install isn't hard, me and a friend did it in about 2 hours one night in his garage. You can purchase the dash kit needed (comes with installation instructions and everything) from ebay and goes for just over $200. After your head unit is installed, the subwoofer and amp install will pretty much be straight forward.
