I have been searching for a while now. Basically I have an 92 240sx and I just bought a set of 17" wheels for ~ $20 (Snow wheels!!). When I bought them they were the right bolt pattern, and they were factory Nissan wheels, but I did not know what they were off of. Turns out they are the stock wheels from an 02-03 sentra SE-R Spec V.

Please correct me here if I am wrong. The wheels are 17x7 (or 17x7.5?) with a 45mm offset?? This wheel is not listed on the wheel FAQ thread.

If this is the correct size then I should be good with a 10mm spacer. Now, i have seen varying opinions about what size spacer is ok on the stock wheel studs. Some say not to go over 5mm spacers, some are running 15mm spacers. I guess it will also vary with the thickness of the wheel you are securing also...just as long as you can get an adequate thread going.

Thanks

well i currently run these rims and they are indeed 17x7 with a 44mm offset. i use a 20mm spacer up front and a 35mm spacer out back. the spacers i have have the built in studs in them so no need to get longer wheel studs. i suggest project kik, ichiban, or h&r.............

Are you running those offsets on an S13 or S14?

I will definately look into those spacers with the built in studs since my other wheels fit perfectly with no spacers and I dont want to mess with it.

I am also considering just getting some 5mm spacers to get a little more clearance on the coilover side since right now it is really close. Not going much for the look because these are just my tires for when it is snowing out.

if you just want them to clear you should be alright with a 5mm, 10 at most

Yeah I found some cheapy 1/4 inch (6.35 mm) universal fit spacers at Pepboys. I might check around the local tire shops to see if anyone at least has something made with my bolt pattern.

No rubbing so far (JIC coilovers) but it seems a little too close for me. I am going to go with the 5mm or the .25 inch spacers.
