I would check the caliper, and also the brake hose. I had an issue on another vehicle (not Nissan/infiniti, but same year) and the brake hose actually collapsed internally or got something lodged in it, making it seem like the caliper was bad but it actually wasn't...
You can verify this if the caliper is dragging, crack open the bleeder and see if it releases.. If it releases when you crack the bleeder, then it's probably the hose. If it doesn't release, then that means the caliper probably needs replaced..
I don't think booster issues are common on this car, so IMO it either has to be the caliper or line.. You could probably replace both for under $100 and be guaranteed a fix..
Regarding the vibration, I'd have the rotors turned while you have the brakes apart, and that will probably fix it. Otherwise you might have some other suspension issue that's causing this (perhaps a tie rod end or something?). I'd fix the known issues first.
