'03 Q45 both high beams not working

The high beams both right and left are no longer working however the high beam indicator in-dash indicates the high beams are on any advice would be helpful

There's not a common issue with them that I'm aware of. I assume the bulbs are good? Have you checked for bad fuses?

Test for power and ground at the high beam bulb sockets. If power and ground are good you've got burned out bulbs, if not good then you've got some electrical diagnostic work to do.

At least on the Y33 model, the high beam indicator bulb is connected directly across the high beam bulbs - So if it's still working, seems like the problem would be somewhere right around those bulbs.

On the other hand, seems kind of unlikely that both high beam bulbs would go bad at the same time.

I have some headlight units if you need them. Surely there are relays that activate highbesms?

The high beams have their own fuse, their own relay, and are directly grounded by the combination switch. So a failure in any of those three components can kill both beams. The relevant pages of the WD are LT-14 and LT-15 here:
