03 Q wouldn't shift out of second!

Last night I took the new Q out for a spin and noticed that it wouldn't downshift or shift above second. It was kinda wierd. No warnings came up anywhere. I ended up just shutting it off and starting it back up to get it to work. Anyone know what that might have been?

Standard Fail Safe on TCU ----- no Ctl Alt Del -------just turn off to reset.
