Ok, if im not mistaken. My 03 pathfinder has only 236HP, where as the maxima has 255HP. Why does my Pathfinder have 20 less HP than the Maxima? Is is only due to the ECU's, or are there other differences? What can be done to raise the HP in my 03 Pathfinder?

The main difference is that the Pathy has a more truck style tune. It makes less hp than the Max, but more torque. (Max: 265 hp, 255 ft lb. Pathy: 240 hp, 265 ft lb). So you're really not missing out as much as the hp figures alone might suggest.

Different intake, different heads, different cams, different ECU tune. (I think the `03 pathy still has the earlier VQ35DE with the VQ30-style heads... I could be wrong tho-- apologies if I am)

Can the ECU be swapped with the maxi one, or would that cause other problems?

Pathfinder ECU is similar to the older VQ30-style ECU (ISO only) and not the `02+ Maxima's VQ35DE ECU (ISO + CANBus), so no, you can not swap the ECU-- it's completely incompatible.
