Where can I buy the gas pedal with sensor for a 2003 Pathfinder?

It's still available from Nissan, p/n 18002-5W91A. List is about $500, but you can find it for about $350 online.

Junkyard is your cheapest, best bet. If you don't live near one then try eBay. If none available, reach out to a used parts guy on eBay and ask whether he'd be willing to snag one for you.
