03 Murano w/ Bose and Navi _ Radio reception is terrible!

Sorry if this is a duplicate thread! I couldn't find one exactly about it. If there's one out there, point me that way and feel free to delete my post.

The problem is my radio recep is terrible, and sometimes improves/worsens when I go over a bump. I feel it's probably a loose connection... but I'm not sure. Anybody have experience with this problem?

Also, are there pre-amp outputs on the head?

I know when I had my '03, I never had any reception problems, it has to be a loose connection. I don't exactly remember what connections were on the back of the head unit. Did you check the service manual?
