03 Murano Acceleration trouble after it warms up

I need help, I have an 03 Murano with 240,000 km Good car, When it warms up, and more like after I've driven around town awhile, it's more then warm it's hot temperature is fine oil is fine, all are normal. If I try to accelerate from a traffic light or stop sign, it's really slow to take off, it always does, but if you try to jump out in traffic from a stop sign, it just kinda idles out slowly then takes off, once your moving, it seems ok, till the next time you stop, or cool's right down. I've taken it to local dealer, ( Grande Prairie Nissan) spent some money with no results air filter is good, is this a catalytic or fuel problem? any help will be great Thanks Kort
