03 Max SE Seat memory not working

Greetings,

I have a low mileage 2003 Nissan Maxima SE model with A/T

The memory seat functions have stopped working as has the auto seat back feature

I checked all fuses

The power seat functions on all seat side controls

The seat memory buttons appear to be working to set the position....LEDs operate per the user manual

Any thoughts on further diagnostics would be appreciated

I've noticed that if someone moves the seat around, I have to reposition the seat back so it will work again.
