First and foremost... Thanks to all for an AMAZING place... This site freakin RULES!!!

Ok so a few weeks ago, power windows and locks stopped working... Checked fuses and all seem to be good. All doors do not work! The sunroof does work... Had a friend/mechanic check it out and he was baffled.
He said there is power to the driver switch panel, yet nothing works. I wonder if its like the old christmas lights, if one is out they all dont work... meaning possibly the driver switch panel is the main"brain" and that being burnt out, the rest follow? Anyone have any experience with this?
It is kinda funny after eating a few hot dogs and lettin go a nice burp and my girlfriend having to open the door to air it out! LOL. Thanks guys- Steve

I had to replace the control thing on the drivers door a few years back, same thing happened. Probably want to look into it. Just be happy your's didn't go out w/ the windows stuck down before a rainstorm.

Not sure about your power lock, but had to replace the motor on the drivers side. I got the re-manufactured motor from rock auto, and it takes several hours to replace it. I also had a problem with passenger one freeze on me when rolled down all the way, but it started to work few hours later, so now I just dont fully roll it down.

Still no answers... guess it has to go to the dealer. Had local guy check it out and narrowed it down to the BCM (body control module), after checking switches, connections, power, fuses and tracing wires... He called a friend at Infiniti and the BCM is the only other thing. The BCM just sounds expensive! Programing and install... cant wait to see the bill on this. FML

The fuel gauge issue has a recall on it ... Infiniti should fix that for you at no charge, I believe.

Welcome to NICO, Steve!

I am glad that you like the site. I have been here for more than a decade now ... it is just about the only forum I am on regularly.
