03 M45 makes a tick noise

I recently bought a 2003 Infiniti M45. I love the car. One thing that I can not figure out is that when I put the car in drive or im at a stop and give it gas to accelerate ill hear a click once or twice. Maybe a drive shaft or brakes disengaging? no idea???? any help???

My 350z and murano did this. The answer is the axel
Bearings or joints need grease. Its the joints inside the axels. It's a dealer job. That's the quick answer.
