03' M45 Hard shifts

Hey everyone. I have had my car for almost 3 months and still love it. I have noticed that it shifts a little harder than I like. Is it normal? I took it to the dealer and they said it is fine. Have any of you noticed that it shifts hard? TIA.

Someone mentioned about a recall or transmission reflash on some of the 03 M45's that had to be done because of erractic shifting...you might want to look that up and ask the dealer if was done on your car

Thanks for the response. I asked my dealer if there are any recalls but they said there were none. He told me that when I come in for a service to mention it to the tech and he will look up and see if there are any service bulletins for the transmission.
