03 m45 battery replacement

If I disconnect the battery , am I going to have any issues resetting this and that?? Going to be cold here and cables need to be cleaned , maybe a new battery. Thanks for taking the time to read this

You're going to have to reset your auto windows, and a very small chance the auto sunroof as well. If you do it quickly you'll more than likely keep your radio station presets.
