03 Infiniti G35 Interior Paint

I have a 03 Infiniti G35 with tan interior leather and silver paint on the dash. It has a few scratches on it near the middle console where the silver paint used to be. Also on the door handles there are some scratches. I called infiniti and they said i would just have to replace the whole thing which is ridiculous. Does anyone know where i can get some paint that is the same color paint as the interior. Or anything similar? Just some basic touch up paint will be fine.

Bring a trim piece in to a paint shop or large home building centre with a paint matching machine. They should be able to mix up some touch up paint that is pretty close to what you have. I think thats your only option.
