If a dealer checks it out and there is nothing wrong I'd say it is is a good price.
Keep a couple of thousand in the bank for any unforseen surprises.
Last December while considering a 2010 G37 6 speed sedan they only wanted to give me $10k for my G with 100k miles.
I turned it down, put new tires, plugs, belts, cooling system flush and it still runs like new.
That is until the Honda lady opened her drivers door while illegally parked into my right front last Sunday night.
Driving a 2009 Impala rental loaner really makes me appreciate owning a real vehicle.
