03 g35 sedan brake problem

i have an 03 g35 sedan and the brakes started to make a sqealing noise. i changed the pads to thermoquiet, and i still have the same sqeal. not sure what it could be but as a not my ebrake has not been working for some time now even before the brake job. anyone know how i can fix the two problems. the sound is comming from the rear of the car.

hey just wanted to see if I can give you any more insight into the problem. I don't know a lot about cars but I know that your pads might have been at the warning area which makes them squeal. After you put new pads on they will also squeal for a little while but it should go away...not sure how long it might last...maybe a couple weeks until they are broken in. Another thing is that the front brakes are used a lot more heavily so you might want to check them too.
