'03 G35 coupe interior lights won't come on when door is opened

Hi All,

This evening I noticed that the interior lights wouldn't come on when I'm open the door on my '03 G35. Any suggestions besides bringing the car in to the dealer and removing negative battery cable for five minutes, pumping accelerator, patting my head, and rubbing my tummy?

make sure the switch is on door?
