03' coupe w/ 63k miles .... need advice!

Hey there folks .... welcome the newbie here!!

I am currently in possession of a 03' w/ 63k miles for a weekend test drive from a local dealer. I can get the car for around $21k. The car is in great condition inside and out. I give the outside a 9.5 (not a 10 due to curb rash on 2 rims ... they will take care of it if I buy the car) and the interior gets a 9. The driver’s seat appears to be the only one that was ever sat in. Normal, expected, wear on the drivers seat, 6 speed shifter and steering wheel. Other than that it is MINT.

Now here are the questions

1) is this a good price considering the data I gave you? 2) is there anything "critical" areas I should give more attention to than others?3) What is you opinion on extended warranties on this vehicles? They are quoting 2k for a 2 year 24k warranty?
