'03 Center Console Removal

I'm trying to replace the CD changer in a 2003 Q45 and it looks like I have to remove the center console. I have an exploded drawing but can't figure out how to remove it.

Would someone be willing to post step by step instructions detailing the removal process? Thanks very much.Reply With Quote

Thanks. I got the manual but still can't get the console to move.

I have the rear 2/3 free but the front 1/3 which flanks the cd changer and extends into the footwell will barely budge. Has anyone removed the console? What's holding the front of it in place?
