03' altima making a humming noise

Hi,
My altima has a humming noise coming from the engine and it seems like it is coming from the belt is. My car has 114k miles. It's pretty tight in there. The plastic black cover on top of the engine vibrates a bit because of this humming.

I've read that perhaps a belt tensioner needs to be adjusted or replaced.....or perhaps a belt.

Can anyone please let me know what to look for or adjust etc...?

Hmm.. humming noise... no sweet clue. Usually a belt would be a squeaking/screeching noise. Does it only happen with the Air Conditioning turned on, or just all the time?

Can you make a video?

all the time. could it be the belt tensioner? water pump? all temps are good and nothing else is going wrong.
