'03 altima 2.5 making noise

I've got an 2003 Altima 2.4 SL that has been making a funny noise. I'm not sure if I'm just being overly paranoid, but I'm wondering if this could be a problem.

It is a ticking noise coming from the left back side of the engine bay, right around here (big circle shows general area, smaller shows more specifically where I think it's coming from):



Here is a video of the noise, sorry you can't see much, but I tried to capture it the best I could.



Is it the timing chain hitting something? Maybe valve tick? Lifters? I have no clue, help me out!

Of the two QR25 equipped vehicles that I've owned, they both made a light ticking sound at idle. I've heard the same sound on Altima's as well.

From what I CAN hear in your video, it sounds similar.
