03 350z 6mt problem

i have been haveing a problem with my 03 350z 6mt. if i get up to like 40-45 mph in 3rd or 4th and put it into 6th to drop the rpms and cruise it grinds going into 6th. any one else have this problem?

i don't know.... maybe try hitting 5th first to assure you are going straight into 6th and not grinding a bit of reverse.... i know that sounds silly because reverse is quite far from 6th, would it hurt to see if it grinds like that?..... i haven't heard of that problem into 6th.... maybe someone will chime in on this one.... Also call a dealer and see if anyone has had this issue.

took to the dealer and new transmission is on its way...... im glad i got the warranty lol
