03 3.5 se custom catback piping size?

not sure what size to go with, was thinking 3 inches from the front y pipe to the rear y pipe then 2.5 to the mufflers, is this too big or should I just do 2.5 inches all the way back?

I think this should depend on what your plans for the car are. If you have big performance plans then go 3" but if you're just doing some basic stuff then save some money and go 2.5".

I agree with Drew, if your going to do your headers and your intake also and flash your ECU then id say go for the 3inch piping. What kind of y pipe are you going with?
