03-04 M45/Q45 suspension

Does the 03-04 M45 have the same suspension as the 03-04 Q45? This is the deciding factor for my air ride setup, please help!

Same design, don't know about dimensions. Vertical components might interchange. Very similar to the FGY33 also, from which it is derived.

I found out that they are almost identical and are probally the same looking at the suspention schematics..
