03-04 Common problems?

I'm wondering if the 03-04 Z33 had any common problems that people experience.

I know my Z32 TT had turbo failure right around 100K and that was fairly common, so are there any 'commons' within the Z33 crowd?
(Specifically on the pre-rev motors)

the 03 have a transmission issue...something about a weak pieces somewhere in there...early 04's may have the same issue, but I can't really remember.

I believe the trans issue is with the synchros. Honestly as long is it taken care off and you're not out power shifting ever gear and beating the ever loving crap out of it. They seam to hold up. I don't really drive mine easy and it's still fine.

Also window motors are a problem too, but it's a pretty easy fix.

I don't think there's anything catastrophic problems either.

if you get one with power seats, make sure it works in every direction. Nissan's tends to have issues with power seating
