The F50 has a servo driven gate for an auxillary pipe to the rear exhaust. It opens when needed for additional exhaust flow.
Seems like this could be rerouted into a separate free flow exhaust. The result should be that the mufller remains whisper quiet until you accelerate hard, which would open up the LOUD side of the system. Same kind of fun you get in a Bugatti for a fraction of the price.
Anybody tried this? Any info on when the bypass kicks in?
