Just got the Factory rear spoiler from Jason at Burtman Industries.Shipped thru Joe at Scottsdale Infiniti.

Looks Very Nice and a big thank you to jason and joe. I also installed the trunk lid lift kit from Jason. Works great even with the spoiler on the lid!I will tell you that the instructions were the best I have ever used. Came with templets for cutting the holess..... Yes I took a Drill to the Q!!!!! and measurements to double ck by.Tires are next, going w/ 255/45YR/18 Goodyear eagle GS-D3.I read a few comments about the unidirectional being noisy after a while...anybody really set against them?

Then swift springs from Jason.

Hopefully a body kit by the end of summer.

Looks great! Really sharpens up the rounded rear end.

Let's see it in daylight!

I am disappointed the CHMBL was not included in the spoilers on the Q45 after 1998.

Didn't know Joe sold Jason's stuff.

Looks great! I've done business with Jason myself with the Wood dash kit and two thumbs up. Please, more about the trunk lift kit...

The spoiler looks great.

Sounds like your plans will make the Q sweet looking.

I have had 3 sets of directional tires on my Q's and have sworn off of them, along with Kumho's. I have used Fuzion, Nitto, and Sumitomo. All too noisy.

The Continental ContiSports on the car now are sweet, but expensive.

I have not tried Goodyears. Maybe they are the exception to the rule, so to speak.

The Goodyear F1 runflats on my Corvette are definitley noisy, but that is because they can run 200 miles with no air pressure. Thats 150 miles more than any other tire out there! I am thinking about going to Michelins on the vette. Talk about an expensive tire! Try buying runflats for the Q!

The GS-D3 are are great tire i think youll like them... They're very much as good as the pilot sport 2 and so on but for much less money..

they redesigned them for 2006 to make them even better than before.

I use them and like them a lot for wet handling. But, they do require re-balancing often ... every 3000 miles or so to get them to run well.

my DAYTIME pics....It's been raining so much I couldn't get a decent daytrime shot until today!!!!! Thanks for the kind words.I think Jason was out of stock so he had Joe ship it straight to me.....which says alot for both of them.

Thanks for the advise on the tires. I currently have the Mich Pilot HX MXM4...got a lot of miles out of them 22k just since I got the car in sept 05 and I thought they looked 1/2 gone then.

Hey Redmanfx,

THe trunk kit runs $130 (about) and takes about 45min to an hour to install. You hit the remote trunk button and up goes the lid!!!Really a very nice touch.

Jason was worried w/ the cold weather and the spoiler if it would "pop" open as well. I believe it's got to do with the gases in the struts that push the lid open. Anyway, it doesn't get that cold in Sacramento CA, now, at least not after I installed the spoiler. Next winter I'll get a better Idea.the spoiler is actually pretty lite.....should have weight it.

I highly recomend the new Toyo T1-Rs, I just got a set for my Max to go along with my Volk wheels and they are THE best tires hands down I have ever had on the car. I have had bout 10 sets of diff tires on my Max in the last 150K miles, and these are deff the shizznit. 245-40-18/265-35-18 have load rating of 97 so they would be good enough on a Q also.

They are very expenssive and directional, no good in winter eighter. Having always thought that Falken Azenis Sport where the best tires I've had so far... these deff change my mind. T1-R are Toyos top of the line tire, also my 1st set of Toyo tires ever and I am very happy with my purchase.

I'm ordering Avon Tech 500s this week for my Q45, cheap Nankang tires have to go as they are noisy and vibrate at higher speeds- out of round.

I've had the GS D3's on my Honda. Yes they get VERY LOUD as they wear down about half way and beyond. But I'm not against them. It's just part of the tradeoffs between comfort and performance.

Glad it worked out.

I got one of your pics added to the site. This one came out real well.
