'02 Will crank but won't start.. No spark!! HELP!!!

I went to start my '02 Pathfinder yesterday and it had a strong crank but did not start. The battery is fine and so is the fuel pump.

1). I changed fuel filter today.2). Compression checked and it's fine.3). Fuses are OK.4). No spark!!! (checked two cylinders)

I have no idea what is wrong with it. Can it be the Camshaft sensor?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! I've had this Pathy since it was new and it has 130k miles on it without having seen the inside of the dealer's service area.. I'd love to keep it that way.
