I would either buy the tires from tire rack and than find an alignment place or take it to a place that can sell the tires and do the rotation at the same time. I like Discount tire but they don't do alignments and you can get way better prices from

Then find a place that can do mount and find a guy to do alignment. Look up Jerry Tucker, his shop is in San Diego and he's the go-to guy in SD from what the Diego people on this board say.
Those tires either way are completely toasted so replacement is a must, your cars stopping power is greatly diminished from what it will be with new rubber.
