‘02 Suspension knocking

Hello again... I have a "knocking" noise over bumps coming from my front drivers side. The car doesnt seem to drive/handle unusual except for the occasional steering pull... Is this a strut? If so I should prob replace both fronts at the same time?... Hopefully not over the roof in terms of price! Car has 96k so it probably is within the window of needing them anyways..Any other suggestions on what I should do? Is there a way I can check myself what it may be? Inside of all 4 tires are worn and I do need 4 wheel alignment too so when I do replace these tires, I will fix this issue too! Any performance struts recommended? Thanks Haggis

with your VIN to price the correct ones. Get the front strut bearings and bump stops also. Tension rod bushings? Anti-sway bar mounts and link bushings?

On my '02 F50 this noise was due to the sway bar links being shot. Once the new ones were put on the noise was completely eliminated.

I did not have any pulling prior, so may not be the exact same issue as yours but worth a look at the sway bar links.

thanks for the info.. Just went to Evans tire.. they wanted $354 for each strut.. $221 @ infiniti parts usa... Evans also wants $90labor each side..Think ill take the car to Joes.. (Kearny Mesa) and have it looked at!Thanks guysHaggis

Just have it serviced at your local Infiniti dealership...
