02 Sentra 1.8L Auto Shifting Problems

Hi everyone,

I have a Nissan Sentra 2002 1.8L Automatic sometimes it stucks at 1st and doesnt shift to 2nd, I have to turn off and turn on the car in order to get this problem solved for some days (it happens 2-3 times a week), It very rarely happens from 2nd to 3rd.

Some aditional notes:
Check Engine Light OFF (no Codes).
I can go in all gears if the problem isnt there.

I have a video where the problem its happening.
RPM: 4500 Speed: 42km/hr(26mi/hr). Its clearly stuck at 1st.
