I set the timing chain to match the marks on the chain and camshaft sprockets. Camshaft lobes were horizontal, pointing in opposite directions (out) for #1, and piston was TDC, so it was in compression stroke. Turning the crank a few revolutions manually (~3 or 4), I saw the same sprocket timing marks were at the cam sprocket location, but the marks on the sprockets were not lined up with them, but camshafts were in same position as when I installed timing chain. Turning it a few turns more (total of ~7-8), the timing marks were lined up again. Are there 2 possible settings for the cam shafts on the timing chain. I would not think so.

Car will not start. Have spark and fuel, and fuel pump relay and injectors are working.

you can line them up, and never get them to again when you spin it. that's just how it is.
