02 sensor wiring hanging down?

so the o2 sensor right after the turbo has wires all electrical taped up and there dragging on the ground. i cant find where to put them. where are they supposed to go?

on my SOHC the O2 connects to the harness right behind the valve cover near the firewall.

no it was all like hangin down. it was all connected. i just pulled it up thru and zip tied it to the power steering lines. guess itl work.
