Think there are 4 since it is OBD II. You definitely want to download a FSM since 199y6 is sort of an odd duck.

Just before and after your catlytic converters.

Same topic but slightly off the original question......

I was looking through the FSM and can only see 2 O2 sensors listed for the '94 and they are before the pre cats. Can someone verify that this is accurate? If there are only two and are before the pre cats that will make the exhaust mods I'm preparing to do much easier not to mention legal. Exhaust shop said they won't mess with the O2 sensors, as far as relocating them, so as long as they are both located before the pre cats and there are no others after that I'm in great shape.

Can someone confirm my FSM findings?
