i have everything complete with the sr20det swap except the hot ic pipe is getting the blow off vlave welded on today and on the engine harness there is no connector for the 02 sensor. the car will not idle. but the hot ic pipe is not even on the car. will that affect the idle too. the car runs fine if you give it gas. it runs very rich you can smell the fuel beacuse i have no cat.

can someone tell me what pins on the ecu go to the 02 sensor. all you have to do is diconnect the 02 sensor and read it out from the ecu connector. or what wires they are. please help, please.

the best advice i could give you is to do a search on freshalloy.com, in the advanced 240 section for 02 sensor...i know its there, i just searched but it was like 20 pages, and i cant go throught that right now....but try that out.....im sure you could call heavythrottle.com, or try there site too...ill look it up when i go home.

I can't imagine you are talking about the idle after driving the car around for a while, and with this statement I"m assuming you are just talking about when you start the car.

Its not the O2 sensor, the computer does not use the O2 sensor when its being started, it waits for the car to warm up because if the O2 sensor isn't at operating temperature it will give false readings, so the computer relies on its own maps at startup.

I would say your timing needs to be checked out, I would guess thats your problem, you also need to set your engine idle.
