My car threw a P0134 the other day, and a P0171 along with that today.

Im thinkin my front 02 sensor may be shot, my question is though Ive recently had a hard time starting the car, cranks strong and fast, just doesnt catch and run sometimes for a few seconds.

Would an 02 sensor be at fault for this?

I was going to buy OEM, but the price is much to high for me, is there a suitable replacement for the front passenger 02 sensor on my 01 Pathfinder?

I don't think so, o2 sensors don't start giving proper readings until like 600°.
I'm pretty sure the ecu is looking at the coolant temp sensor or intake air temp/baro sensor.

My car is an 01. They seem to be the same sensor and price, but both have different dates that I dont understand. Is it two different sensors they are listing?

That's the date range that they are good for. Double check the manufacture date on the door jamb, my 03 maxima was made in 05/02. Also, check out www.sparkplugs.com for the sensor. They tend to have pretty good pricing.
