Hey guys, I've been around for quite a while. Had a 240, then a Maxima and now just picked up an 02 QX4. The only thing I'm missing is the rear wind deflector. I have searched and have found it for $300 online, but hoping to find a cheap one from a junk or wrecked car. Any help would be appreciated. As always, this place is the best I have learned so much already.

Go to car-part.com, input your vehicle info, and select "spoiler, rear" from the parts list. Then pick the "gate mounted" selection.

They are priced from 200+ down to 75. When I put in 2002 qx4, it also listed Pathy spoilers back to 97. That is supposed to mean they are interchangable, but I would verify that when you talk to them - they have complete parts interchange listings.

There are a couple pages of places you have to call to get the price as they don't list it. You can sort the list by distance to help find a place close to you.

That ought to get you started!

Thanks 4xq. I browsed that website, but wasn't having any luck determining where the part was in there part drop down list. That helps a lot!

Do you just need the actual spoiler itself? I have one along with its 4 mounting fasteners from my 01.5 Pathfinder, I had to replace my rear door entirely and mistakenly got the version without the mounting for the spoiler. Does $75 + shipping sound reasonable to you?

Hey Towncivilian,
I managed to track one down this morning from car-part.com that's actually right down the street from my house. Didn't even know the junk yard was there. :) They said they would let it go for $50, so I am going to make sure it's legit and hopefully that works out. However, if it falls through or isn't in good shape I will be more than happy to do the deal with you. I am going to swing by on my way home from work today. So I will let you know one way or the other tonight. Thanks for the offer.

Is it possible to switch the version with the mounting to the one without or vice versa? (Just the hinges completely different doors) To eliminate or add a spoiler.

The difference is in the actual door unfortunately. The mounting is an actual "dimple" in the door to provide holes for the spoiler; it's not like the WD21s that have different glass hatch hinges to accommodate the wind deflector.
