02 Q45, suspension parts list, please help

I have talked to Bill at infinitipartsusa and received the following list for a full suspension rehab. I already have control arm bushing and links so they are not included in the list. The problem is that some parts are on back order with no ETA. Should I go ahead with the available parts or should I wait up to 6 weeks to get all parts. An independent mechanic will do the job.
