Folx,

riddle me this:

02 Q45, 8YO, 60K US miles.

After driving for a few miles, I start hearing pretty annoying and loud squeaks coming from driver side wheel well area. Gets really loud when making right turns, even very slight.

The squeaks are nearly absent when going straight.

What could it be ?

Most squeek sounds on an 8 year old vehicle mean the suspension rubber bushings are worn. Where the shocks replaced? Normal useful life is 4 years but since vehicle hasn't been driven much probably now is the time.

I had the same problem with my '02 but from the driver's side. It turned out to be a piece of rubber coming off the spring. I pulled out and cut the piece off and the squeak went away. Not sure if this is your problem but an idea.

It's more than likely time for new rubber boots and covers but this worked for me for the time being.

Folx -

what should I expect to pay for shocks and bushings replacement ?Does it make sense to replace all of these at the same time ?

How much can be done by a DIY type ?

Contact http://www.infinitipartsusa.com and ask for Joe for price.I would buy the set with new bushings.

I replaced mine at 65K miles.
