My 02 Q with 175k km (110k mi) has started shaking when the road curves to right at highway speeds (55 miles per hour or above). There is no shaking on left turns. But the ride quality seems to suffer in straight line also. The car has 18 inch wheels with michelin mx4.I thought it might be due to low pressure in one tire and fixed the low pressure but the problem persists. The car started doing it about a week ago.I have kept up with tire balancing and rotation and do it with every other oil change.I'll have it checked tomorrow. Any ideas on what it can be? Warped rotors or wheel? Rear brakes were done last year (rotors and pads) and front were done about 15 months ago.Another thing though not related is that when I start the car in the morning and put into drive after reverse. It goes forward for 2-3 meters then there is a hiccup and it continues.

110K [6 years] is time for a total suspension rebuild [shocks and all rubber bushings].

Ideally one would crank a vehicle and let it warm up 3-5 minutes in summer and 10 minutes in winter before attempting to drive away.

Things don't really function well untill the coolant, oil, and atf reach operating temperature.

I have the car checked out (02 Q45 premium package with 18"). It needs new inner tie rod ends and upper and lower link. And It need new tires.

The problem is that tie rod end are on back order and dealer can get them after 6 weeks. I'll check with Joe and see if he has them. Where else I can find them?

For tires, I am looking at Goodyear response edge $285.00 per tire or Michelin primacy at 315.00 per tire. Which one is better?

Probably Michellin.

Check your OM for minimum OEM tire load and speed ratings.

For that price I would look for a better tire at http://www.tirerack.com

Put Michelin Primacy MXV4. Can feel difference in ride quality.
